Using Dunning
You may use Dunning only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your account, organization members, credentials, connected integrations, and instructions given to the service.
Your data and communications
You must have the rights needed to provide invoice, customer, and message data to Dunning and send recovery communications. You are responsible for reviewing recovery rules and messages and complying with applicable communications, privacy, debt-collection, and consumer-protection laws.
Automation and AI
Dunning provides workflow automation and AI-assisted drafts; it does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or collections advice. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and require human judgment. Dunning does not guarantee recovery, payment, or uninterrupted operation.
Integrations and payments
Connected billing, payment, email, and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms. Dunning does not hold customer funds. Payment processing and provider fees are governed by those providers.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the service, bypass security, interfere with operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use it to harass or deceive. Dunning and its software, branding, and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You retain rights in your data.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend access for security, legal compliance, misuse, or unpaid amounts. We may update the service or these terms as it evolves. Questions can be sent to support@dunning.website.
Compliance safeguards
Dunning includes configurable safeguards for opt-outs, disputes, attorney representation, vulnerability and hardship disclosures, contact hours, message frequency, sanctions screening, and unsafe outbound language. These are product controls, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance in every jurisdiction. Organizations must provide accurate location and account information and review their workflows.
